Großes Zimmer in WG

Die Lage ist in der wunderschönen und belebten Südstadt und somit sehr zentral, mit vielen Supermärkten in der Nähe und einer guten Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (der Bus ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, die Straßenbahn ca. 5 und der Bonner Hbf/Innenstadt 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Zum Rhein und der Radstrecke am Rhein entlang sind es nur 5 Min, Richtung Kottenforst etwa 15 Min zu Fuß. Das Haus steht am Gleisübergang der Weberstraße. In der Nähe der WG gibt es einige kleine sympathische Läden, tolle Restaurants, gemütliche Cafés und Kneipen, 3 Min. von hier gibt es auch noch den Rheinpavillon, eine schöne Bar/Café direkt am Wasser.

The location is in the beautiful and lively Südstadt and therefore very central, with many supermarkets nearby and good connections to public transport (the bus is a 2-minute walk away, the tram about 5 minutes and the Bonn main station/city center 10 minutes away Foot). It is only 5 minutes to the Rhine and the cycle route along the Rhine, and about 15 minutes on foot in the direction of Kottenforst. The house is at the Weberstrasse level crossing. In the vicinity of the WG there are some small friendly shops, great restaurants, cozy cafés and pubs, 3 minutes from here there is also the Rheinpavillon, a nice bar/café right on the water.

Nicola studiert Englische Literatur und Chemie auf Lehramt und hat eine unglaubliche Leidenschaft dafür. Sie ist eine fleißige Biene und hat immer Aktivitäten wie Reiten, Tanzen und einen Buchclub geplant, nimmt sich aber trotzdem Zeit zum Plaudern und Aufholen. Nico ist gebürtiger Bonner (spricht Deutsch und Englisch und lernt Schwedisch) und bringt viele Freunde mit zu Hause. Sie ist die süßeste und nachdenklichste Mitbewohnerin und bringt viel Tatendrang und Lebensfreude in die WG. Wenn es frische Blumen in der Küche gibt, liegt es bestimmt an Nico!

Nicolas arbeitet an seiner Promotion in Immunologie. Nico stammt aus Kolumbien und spricht Spanisch, Englisch, Französisch und arbeitet an seinem Deutsch! Zwischen Arbeit und Sport pflegt er seine Pflanzen und plant einen Abend in den Clubs. Nico wärmt
unser Zuhause nicht nur mit seiner Kochkunst, sondern auch mit seinem großen Herzen!

Die Hauptsprache, die wir sprechen, ist Englisch, da ich kein Deutsch spreche und Nicolas noch lernt. Beide Nicos sind normalerweise tagsüber unterwegs, entweder im Labor oder in der Uni, und abends oder am Wochenende verbringen wir die meiste Zeit miteinander.
Wir verbringen viel Zeit zusammen in der Küche und hängen einfach ab, vielleicht bei einem Tee oder Bier. Wir alle sind gerne aktiv, also versuchen wir, gemeinsam Wanderungen oder Spaziergänge zu machen oder im Pool schwimmen zu gehen, aber ich kann nicht leugnen, dass wir auch gemeinsames Abendessen und ein paar Drinks genießen.
Wenn Sie Zeit für sich haben möchten, können Sie natürlich jederzeit die Tür zu Ihrem Zimmer schließen.

Ansonsten wohnen junge Berufstätige im Haus, mit denen wir gerne etwas gemeinsam unternehmen von Grillpartys, Lagerfeuerabenden, Spaziergängen, Sperrmüll-Schatzsuchen oder gemütlichen Sonntagen oder Abenden in den verschiedenen Küchen oder im Garten, soweit es die Situation zulässt . Im obersten Stock wohnt Sebastian noch mit seinem lieben Hund Finn, der sich immer über Streicheleinheiten freut, wenn er im Treppenhaus vorbeikommt.

You'll be living with Nicola (22) and Nicolas (27) in the flat share (both from Nico).

Nicola studies English literature and chemistry to become a teacher and has an incredible passion for it. She's a busy bee and always has activities planned like horseback riding, dancing and a book club, but still makes time to chat and catch up. Nico was born in Bonn (speaks German and English and is learning Swedish) and brings a lot of friends home with him. She is the sweetest and most thoughtful roommate and brings a lot of zest for action and joie de vivre to the flat share. If there are fresh flowers in the kitchen, it must be Nico!

Nicolas is working on his PhD in Immunology. Nico is from Colombia and speaks Spanish, English, French and is working on his German! Between work and sport, he takes care of his plants and plans an evening in the clubs. Nico not only warms our home with his culinary skills, but also with his big heart!

The main language we speak is English as I don't speak German and Nicolas is still learning. Both Nicos are usually out during the day, either in the lab or at uni, and we spend most of our time together in the evenings or at weekends.
We spend a lot of time together in the kitchen just hanging out, maybe over a tea or beer. We all like to be active, so we try to go on hikes or walks together or go for a swim in the pool, but I can't deny that we also enjoy dinner and a few drinks. If you want to have time for yourself, you can of course close the door to your room at any time.

Otherwise, young professionals live in the house, with whom we like to do something together, from barbecue parties, campfire evenings, walks, bulky waste treasure hunts or cozy Sundays or evenings in the various kitchens or in the garden, as far as the situation allows. Sebastian still lives on the top floor with his lovely dog Finn, who is always happy to be petted when he comes by the stairwell.

Die Vermieter und wir würden uns jemanden wünschen, der plant, für mindestens ein Jahr in Bonn zu bleiben. Als formale Voraussetzung verlangt der Vermieter entweder eine Elternbürgschaft oder Gehaltsnachweise.

Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbel zurücklassen (Sofa, Bettgestell, Schreibtisch), aber das ist nicht obligatorisch. Da kann man ja nochmal drüber reden, welche Übernahme für dich sinnvoll wäre. In der Abschlagszahlung ist die neue Waschmaschine und weitere Geräte enthalten.

Ich werde den April über verreisen. Falls du also schon im April anfangen möchtest einzuziehen können wir das im Vorhinein besprechen.

The landlords and we would like someone who would plant to stay in Bonn for at least a year. As a formal requirement, the landlord requires either a parental guarantee or proof of salary.

I will leave some furniture (sofa, bedstead, desk, chair, clothes hanger). The down payment includes the new washing machine and other appliances.
