The apartment is warm and spacious (73mq), and consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, and two single rooms. There is no deposit, and the rent is very competitive (430€ for the rent including gas, and water + approx. 40€ for electricity and internet connection which works perfectly).
The begin of the contract is flexible can be postponed to the first of September.
The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes by foot from the main train/bus station, in the ideal location for the city center and for going by foot to the university. There are various supermarkets nearby: Lidl, Aldi, and DM at 5 min walk, Rewe at 10 min walk.
You will be sharing this flat with me. I am a 27 years old Italian guy studying/working at the University of Bonn. I like cooking, playing sports, and being clean at home. I am fluent in English and good in German.
in the Ablösevereinbarung the following is included:
1) all the furniture in the rented room: Bed, desk, chair, closets, shelves, nighttable and armchair.
2) Kitchen furniture and equipment and Bathroom furniture shared with the flatmate. This icludes: oven, stove, refrigerator, couch, etc., and washing machine.
