Hallo, ich bin wieder hier.
Ein Freund von mir möchte sein Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim in Tannenbusch Mitte untervermieten.
Zeitraum: Vom 01.08.2023 bis zum 31.03.2024. Die Aufenthaltsdauer kann flexibel gestaltet werden.
Das Zimmer ist schön und neu gebaut, ungefähr 20 m² groß, mit eigenem WC, WLAN, warmem Wasser und Heizung. Die Küche wird mit zwei anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Von der Wohnung aus gelangt man schnell mit der Linie 16 oder 63 zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof, und es gibt Supermärkte in der Nähe (Kaufland, Aldi, DM).
Meine beiden deutschen Mitbewohner sind sehr nett, freundlich und sauber.
Der Preis beträgt 350 € pro Monat.
Die einzigen Anforderungen sind, dass du sauber lebst, freundlich mit den beiden Nachbarn umgehst und deine Sachen gut in deinem Zimmer aufbewahrst. :)
Es ist leider nicht möglich während der Dauer sich mit der Wohnung anzumelden.

My friend wants to sublet his room in a student dormitory in Tannenbusch Mitte.
Duration: From 18.12.2022 to 5.02.2023. The length of stay can be flexible.
The room is nice, newly built, approximately 20 m² in size, with a private toilet, WiFi, hot water and heating. The kitchen is shared with two other male roommates.
From the apartment, you can quickly reach Bonn Hbf using the 16 or 63 bus, and there are supermarkets nearby (Kaufland, Aldi, DM).
My two German roommates are very nice, friendly, and clean.
The price is €350 per month.
The only requirements are to keep the place clean, be friendly with the two German roommates, and keep your belongings in good condition in your room. :)
Unfortunately, it is not possible to register with the flat during the period.
