The room of 14 m² is all furnished: desk, chair, shelfs, drawers, bed and 1 mirror. You have a big window and stores. Sheets, mattress, pillows and quilt are also furnished.
The place is really quiet, and well soundproof. From here, you can't ear people talking in the living room or outside.
Die S-Bahn Station Tannenbusch Mitte liegt wenige Gehminuten von dem Haus entfernt. Man ist in etwa 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit beim Hauptbahnhof, nächste Station ist dann auch gleich die Uni. Es liegen aber auch mehrere Bushaltestellen rund um das Haus verteilt, die noch näher liegen. Ein Kiosk, eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke sowie verschiedene Ärzte sind direkt in der Straße, für alles weitere kann man ins Tannenbusch-Center, welches direkt bei der S-Bahn Station TB-Mitte liegt, gehen. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt, Döner-Imbiss, eine Bibliothek einen DM und vieles mehr.
The district is tree-filled, which is very enjoyable when you go outside.
From there, you only need around 5min to reach by feet the central station Tannenbusch Mitte. You can get everything else from the Tannenbusch-Center which is directly at the train station: supermarkets, bank, pharmacies, kiosks, restaurants and so on.
The main station of Bonn is just a couple of stops after, directly with the tramway lines 16 and 63. You can also reach this station in 15 minutes by bike.
The line 16 allows you also to go directly to Koln main station.
2 leute Tobi und Lisa wohnt auch in der WG. Tobi ist ein sudent und Lisa arbeitet. Beider sind sehr hoeflich und freundlich.
Life in the flat revolves around the big living room, where we eat together sometimes. The balcony next to it is also a pretty cool place to have barbecues or simply hang out. The roomates are pretty uncomplicated people with no strict rules or tags in the fridge. So they are simply looking for somebody who is laid- back and open minded.
The roomates are really open minded and nice. There is no problem to invite friend if you want. And the big living room is a nice place to have guests.
No problem with smokers and pets.
If you like aquarium, there is a big one in the living room.
In the appartment, you have a dish-washer and a washing-machine, which are very convenient.
