Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze des Musikerviertels kurz vor Endenich. Im Prinzip um die Ecke vom Knauber. Daher findest du direkt vor Ort auch z.B. DM, eine Apotheke, Edeka und weitere Discounter. Auch zu drei Bioläden ist es zu Fuß nicht weit und mit dem Fahrrad ein Katzensprung.

English version:
The apartment is situated at the edge between the "Musikerviertel" (musicians' corner) and Endenich. It's around the corner of Knauber and several other stores, including DM, Edeka and a drug store. There are also three stored for organic in the neighborhood. Easily accessible via foot and bike in a few minutes.

German version:
Mir (ich heiße übrigens Finn) bzw. uns ist ein geselliges und eher ruhiges WG-Leben wichtig. Auch mal zusammen was unternehmen, kochen, Brettspiele, eventuell Sport treiben oder auch mal feiern gehen, über den Alltag und das Leben quatschen. Alles ohne Zwang. Wir fühlen uns alle mal unsozial. ;)
Wenn du mindestens auch ein bisschen öko, eso, queer, feministisch und/oder kulturell weltoffen bist, sollten wir uns gut verstehen. :)

Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und arbeite in der offenen Jugendarbeit und als Berater_in mit lesbischwulen & trans* Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen. Ich bin selbst auch schwul (und meine Geschlechtsidentität ist schwankend ;) ).
Ich gehe gerne wandern, koche gerne, verbringe zu viel Zeit mit Netflix und versuche neben der Arbeit mit Yoga, Joggen und Meditation noch ein bisschen fit und vital zu bleiben. ^_^

Yannis ist der Mitbewohner, der ab Januar bereits dazukommen wird. Er ist 22, studiert Medizin, schwul, kocht gerne, denkt über Sporttreiben nach und ist vom Sternzeichen Stier. ;)

Grundsätzlich finden wir beide die Idee von einer "queeren" WG ganz spannend, aber wenn du cis-hetero bist und denkst, dass könnte trotzdem passen, kannst du auch gerne schreiben. ^^ Grundsätzlich wollen wir einfach ein gemütliches und entspanntes Miteinander ohne Verstecken.

English version:
So my name is Finn, the other new rommate is called Yannis and we are looking for a social and cosy living enviroment. More quiet than party town. ;) We'd like to cook together every once in a while, watch movies, play bordgames, maybe work out together, go out together, talk about life, etc.. This should obviously be no obligation and all of us have times feeling less social.
If you are also a little bit into feminism, queerness, environmental protection and/or cultural diversity we should get along fine. :)

I'm 32 and working with LGBTQI+ youth and young adults as a counsellor and in a youth club. I also identify as gay-ish and genderqueer/gender non-binary myself. I like to go on hikes, cook, watch too much Netflix and try to find some time besides work to workout, do Yoga, meditate etc. to stay somewhat fit and sane. :)

Yannis is the other new roommate who will move in in January. He is 22, gay, studies medicine, likes cooking, thinks about working out more and his star sign is Taurus. ;)

In general we like the idea of a "queer" flat, but if you are cis, straight and thinks we could have a great time together, you can also apply. ;) In essence we just want a relaxed, cosy life without hiding.
