Die Wohnung liegt in der Weststadt. Diverse Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufig entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man ebenfalls nur ca. zehn Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in zwei Minuten.

Ich, Paul, werde für die 5 Monate dein Mitbewohner sein. Ich bin 26 und habe seit kurzem mein Sonderpädagogik Studium abgeschlossen und starte im Mai mit meinem Referendariat. Aktuell arbeite ich an einer Bonner Gesamtschule. Ich spiele Volleyball und engagiere mich bei Foodsharing, das heißt ab und zu kannst du dich an geretteten Lebensmitteln bedienen. Ich koche überwiegend vegan und versuche ressourcenschoned zu leben. Du darfst gerne anders leben, aber mir wäre es wichtig, dass du meinen Lebensstil respektierst und wir keine Grundsatzdiskussionen führen müssen.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn die WG keine Zweck WG wird, sondern wir ab und an mal was gemeinsam kochen oder so. Sauberkeit sollte dir ebenfalls wichtig sein, an den Putzplan solltest du dich zuverlässig halten können.

Weiterhin gehört zur Wohnung noch ein kleiner Garten, den ich selbst nicht häufig benutze, der aber gerne von dir mitgenutzt werden kann.

Stromkosten sind schon unter den sonstigen Kosten aufgeführt. Ist so viel, weil wir hier Nachtspeicheröfen haben. Ansonsten käme nur noch WLAN sowie Rundfunkgebühren hinzu.
