wir suchen ein neues WG-Mitglied für unsere 3er WG.
Zur Wohnung, sie ist insgesamt ca. 75m² groß, verfügt über eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Abstellraum und gemeinsamen Essbereich. Des Weiteren kommt ein schöner Balkon, Abstellraum und Waschmaschinenraum im Keller hinzu.
Das angebotene Zimmer ist durch die große Fensterfront sehr hell und freundlich.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist perfekt und mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man Zentrum und alles Wesentliche auch innerhalb von 5min. Beim Einkaufen muss man sich dann zwischen Rewe, Edeka, Aldi und Netto entscheiden, die alle schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
Zu den WG-Bewohnern: Jurastudentin (21 Jahre), Promotionsstudent (28 Jahre), beide nett, freundlich, aufgeschlossen...:)
Eventuell ist die Wohnung nach Absprache bereits früher beziehbar (mitte Dezember)
