Ein teilmöbliertes 17qm WG-Zimmer in 3er-WG im ersten Stock mit gut ausgestatter Küche und frisch renoviertem Bad (2015). Ein kleiner Balkon gehört zum Zimmer dazu. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
The room has 17 sqm and there is a little balcony attached to it. The kitchen is well equipped and the bath has been recently renovated. Bikes can be kept safe in the courtyard.
Direkt am Rhein (Spazieren/Joggen) und Juridicum/Hofgarten gelegen. Innenstadt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lassen sich in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Juridicum" ist nur 1 Minute entfernt.
The flat is located close to the tube station "Juridicum". Thus, it is close to the city center and close to the river. A supermarket is not so far away.
Wir sind weder Zweck- noch Party-WG, sind sehr vielseitig interessiert und diskussionsfreudig, trinken dabei gerne auch mal ein Glas Wein oder kochen zusammen - nicht regelmäßig, aber auch nicht selten.
Ganz kurz zu uns: Wir sind beide männlich, 32 bzw. 30 Jahre alt und
studieren/promovieren in Jura bzw. VWL. Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner, da unser bisheriger Mitbewohner zwecks Promotion aus Bonn wegzieht.
We do not share the house purely on economic reasons but on the other hand we are not an intentional community either. (naja... Preis für die beste Übersetzung gibbet hierfür nicht.) Anyhow, we are interested in a lot of stuff, are very happy to discuss anything ranging from football to current politics, we sometimes have a drink together or cook jointly, not on a regular basis - however, it isn't rare either.
With regart to us: we are both male, aged 32 and 30, and study/do a PhD in Law and Economics. We are looking for a new flatmate as our previous leaves Bonn to do PhD abroad.

interessiert (!), eher ruhig und tolerant.
