Sandra, Ingrid and cat Amor are looking for a nice female flatmate. If your at least a 26 years old, tobacco-free and you want a quiet well functioning WG then we should meet !!! Ideally you'll have lived in shared flats before.
We have a beautiful room in our WG for rent. It's a charming 17m² room with a pitched roof area. The room will be rented out nicely furnished in pinewood: a desk, shelf, bed, a wardrobe and an Ikea rocking chair. Of course you'll also have access to the common spaces of the flat. The rent includes all costs except WiFi (which you might share with one of us).
We are conveniently situated in the nothern part of the city center near Beethovenhalle and the Rhine. 3 Supermarkets, all kinds of shops, restaurants and public transportation are around the corner. The bus to the university stops fifty meters away. 5 minutes walk to Bertha- von-Suttner-Platz and to the city center. Despite to the closeness of the center you'll find meadows and huge trees around the house. From our balcony you have a very nice view over the roofs of Bonn to the famous seven-hills.
We always had a very good community here and therefore we look for someone to continue this tradition. We had very little fluctuation which we consider a good sign for our WG. We are easy going and open-minded and get along with others well. We sometimes cook together, play , go out for a Shisha or simply meet in the kitchen and talk (common language was english, but german or french is also welcome). As we appreciate to live in a clean flat we expect you to do the same. You should tolaterate the sweet and friendly cat.

The flat has four rooms, a dining kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower and a separate WC. It's all nicely funished and in good state. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything except a dish-washer. The house has an elevator which ends one storie below our appartment. Bikes can be locked outside, Laundry be done in the basement. We prefer tobacco-free people.
