Dieses helle, wunderschöne Zimmer im Herzen der Altstadt ist bis 30 September zu vergeben. Es ist unmöbliert, aber könnte mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet werden, Bett etc. Wir teilen ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche die zum Kochen einlädt, sowie das sehr geräumige Tageslichtbad. Der großzügige Schnitt der Wohnung bietet viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick reicht weit bis zum Kreuzberg und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Innenstadt, am Bahnhof oder am Rhein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zahlreiche Cafes und Kneipen sind direkt vor der Haustür und das Frankenbad befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Ich bin selber für mein Referendariat ganz frisch nach Bonn gezogen und würde mich sehr über ein gutes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben freuen, wo man auch Abends bei einem gemeinsamen Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lässt, aber jeder sich ganz nach belieben zurückziehen kann.
Internet, Telefon, Strom und Gas ist alles in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

This really beautiful, light-flooded room in the heart of Bonn`s old town, is available till the 30th of September.
I rent it without furniture, but I am happy to help out with the most important things, if it is not possible for you to bring your own furniture. We share a big living room, a cosy kitchen and the bathroom. The flat is big enough that everyone can have his own space when he needs it. The citiy center, railway station and the Rhein are in ten minutes walking distance, and coffe places, shopping opportunities and bars are all very close by. It is a wonderful, inspiring neighborhood. I just moved to Bonn myself and started my teacher training. I will be happy to share a glas of wine in the evening and spend some leisure time together, but I totally respect the privacy of my flat mate and respect it when your door is closed.
All costs (internet, power, phone) are included in the rent.
