Sucht ihr ein bezahlbares Zimmer mit zentraler Lage und tollen Mitbewohnern?
Hier seid Ihr richtig!
Da sich meine Studienzeit ist leider dem Ende zuneigt wird zum 01.02 mein Zimmer frei. Bei Interesse ist auch ein früherer Einzug möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Josefstraße, 100m vom Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nahverkehr sind somit vorhanden!
Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß, hat gr0ße Fenster und ist eckig geschnitten ( siehe Fotos).
Eure Mitbewohner sind Lütti (Romanistikstudentin, 25) und Sven (Medienwissenschaftler, 28).
Abends sitzen wir gerne in der Wohnküche zusammen, trinken Bier, quatschen oder spielen gemeinsam Spiele. In der Küche wird geraucht!
Warmmiete, inklusive Strom, Internet und GEZ beträgt 350 Euro.
