Room is 32qm, large, bright and comfortable. Fully furnished wiith double bed, bedside table , bed sofa, work desk, etc.
Kitchen is also fully equipped. We have our own washing machine in the basement. We have an elevator/lift as well.
Great location too .
For now it will be until end of November. We are still discussing contractual plans with the agency. Please let me know if you are interested to take over the apartment rental as well, as main tenant aka Hauptmieter. (then it will be available for long term rental)
Best location. Right in the city centre, 1 minute to Bonn Hbf, ubahn, 2 mins to bus interchange (direct express bus to Köln airport). Shopping, food, supermarkets, pharmacy, post offices etc all within 1 to 5 minutes. Close to everything.
3 rooms in total. As of now it is Eike, Jamie and I. Eike is finishing his master degree. He is super easygoing, laid back, always up for having a beer or going outside or to the cinema.
Jamie is working for DHL and she is outgoing and happy to go out with you or give you your me time.
In general, WG life here is relatively uncomplicated and everyone is pretty easy going/ not too fussy. Write me if you are like that as well!
