Da ich im Wintersemester ein Auslandssemester mache, möchte ich mein schönes Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat hohe Decken. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett (90 x 2m), einem großen Schreibtisch, einer Kommode, Regalen und einem Sessel. Der Schrank befindet sich auf dem Flur direkt vor der Zimmertür. Alle Möbel sind in sehr gutem Zustand.
Die Wohnung hat eine große, helle Küche und ein renoviertes, hübsches Badezimmer. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und Abstellmöglichkeiten für ein Fahrrad bieten sich im kleinen Innenhof des Hauses.

Since I am studying abroad next winter semester, I would like to sublet my room. The room is very bright and has high ceilings. It is equipped with a bed (90 x 2m), a large desk, a chest of drawers, shelves and an armchair. The wardrobe is located on the corridor directly in front of the room door. All furniture is in very good condition.
The apartment has a large, bright kitchen and a renovated, modern bathroom. In the cellar there is a washing machine and bicycle storage facilities in the small courtyard of the house.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, man erreicht fußläufig in 10 min die Innenstadt, die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Haus und eine Straßenbahnanbindung (Haltestelle Bonn West) z.B. zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in ca. 4 min. Gehzeit.
Auch die Uni erreicht man problemlos mit der Bahn, dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß.
Ein Fitnessstudio (McFit) befindet sich auf der selben Straße und ist somit sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Es gibt einen Penny und einen Edeka in der Nähe, ihr müsst also nicht lange schleppen ;)
Zu den Bars in der Altstadt kann man ebenfalls bequem hinlaufen.

The apartment is very centrally located, you can reach the city centre on foot in 10 minutes, the bus stop is directly in front of the house and a tram connection (stop Bonn West) e. g. to Bonn main station can be reached in about 4 minutes walking time.
The university can also be easily reached by train, bicycle or on foot.
A fitness studio (McFit) is located on the same street and can therefore be reached very quickly.
There's a penny and an Edeka nearby, within 4 min walking distance.
The bars in the old town can also be easily reached on foot.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich beide ein Auslandssemester machen, werden zwei Zimmer gleichzeitig frei, weshalb die genaue Wohnkonstellation zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch unklar ist. Die dritte Mitbewohnerin studiert im vierten Semester an der Uni in Bonn.

Since my roommate and I both do a semester abroad, two rooms become available at the same time, which is why the exact living constellation is still unclear at this time. The third roommate is currently studying in her fourth semester at the University of Bonn.
Das Zimmer wird schon am 25.8. frei, ihr könntet also problemlos auch Ende August einziehen. :)
