Yours to live in could be a fully furnished 13 square meter bedroom as welll as shared 40 square meters of common space plus a 2,5 square meter balcony. Your room features a desk and chair, a closet and a 140cm x 200cm bed which also has additional storage space underneath. The kitchen is fully stocked including a nice espresso machine to get you started in the morning. The living room has got a projector and a screen for a chill movie night in Germany's long winter.
The place is next door to lively old town (Altstadt) with its pubs and restaurants. It is also a 5min leasurely walk to the banks of the Rhine - great for running, commuting by bike or just to watch the boats float by. Closest tram / bus station is Rosental with lines 61, 65 and 632. Direct airport bus leaves to Köln/Bonn from a stop only a 10 minutes walk away.
I am a 37yo German guy working in international development cooperation. There is a bunch of us in Bonn. I've travelled and lived abroad in different places for a few years. That's why I would like to find a flatmate who will add some international flavour to the mix. A temporary gig is fine with me.
I've lived in flat shares for most of my adult life. My approach is very easy going and considered. What else...? I manage to keep most plants alive!
