We have one nice double room (N°1) to offer close to the center of BONN in Altstadt neighborhood in a nice shared house. All expenses included (see below)!
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The building is completely renovated and is located in the Altstadt neighborhood, close to the Stadthaus (municipality). It is an independent building of three floors, redesigned as a shared apartment (in German: WG), and has:
- 150 sqm of surface area on three floors
- Four double rooms of 15 sqm each (2 rooms per floor)
- 3 bathrooms with a shower (located on the street level)*
- Kitchen, laundry, and a garden
- One loft/apartment upstairs (independent, just with a shared entrance, laundry, stairs and garden)

Fully furnished with a double bed, matress, beddings, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side table, bedside table, armchair, door lock, central heating, internet.
Private bathroom at street level of room 4*
The rent includes heating, water, fees, internet flat rate, and German TV tax (GEZ or Rundfunkbeitrag) and repair and maintenance services.
The apartment is located in the best district of Bonn in Altstadt, a few steps from the city center, from the university, from public transport, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

We designed a place for students, young professionals and interns who want to spend a season in a friendly community in Bonn-Altstadt. Meet people and make freinds from different countries and spend a good time with them!
- German civil law aplies with all rights and duties
- Contract always starts on 1st or 15th day of a month (fortnightly)
- This is a property for common use, and common areas (bathroom, kitchen, etc) with furnished rooms that are rented individually, on a temporary basis. Maximum stay one year.
**Tenants with full Covid vaccination may be accepted. Proof of vaccination will be required**.
