The room is about 20m2 large, and is furnished.The apartment is centrally located. During the spring or in the summer, the morning sun visible from the room. It has parquet flooring.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß und ist möbliert! Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohung habe ich aufgrund der zentralen Lage und der tollen Zimmergröße immer sehr zu schätzen gewusst.
Im Frühling/Sommer hast du die schöne Morgensonne im Zimmer. Ich habe hier schönes Parkett.
Our apartment is situated in the nice Baumschulallee street, and is very near to the Bonn train station and Poppelsdorf (where Botanical garden, Poppelsdorfer palace, and some parts of uni buildings are situated).
There are many shopping possibilities. Shops like Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, dm, Knauber, Conrad etc can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. In Popepelsforf, there are many groceries, bakeries, and cafes.
Just opposite street, there is Irish Pub (Quiet Man), which offers a cozy atmosphere for having a beer or a cider.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in der schönen Baumschulallee, von der du super schnell am Hauptbahnhof und in Poppelsdorf (botanischer Garten, Poppelsdorfer Schloss und einem Teil der Unigebäude) bist.
Wir haben jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In ca. 10 Minuten bist du zu Fuß bei Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Knauber, dm und Conrad. Auch in Poppelsdorf gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Cafés etc.
Ein weiteres kleines Highlight ist "unser" Irish Pub (Quiet Man) direkt gegenüber unserer Wohnung, bei dem man sich zu einem gemütlichen Bierchen oder Cider (im Sommer auch wunderbar draußen!) treffen kann.

At times, we do things together, like card games, cooking together etc. At the same time,we respect each one's privacy.

Wir sind hier eine nette Dreier-Wg mit Nina und Marlene.
Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg, machen gerne was zusammen und nutzen unsere Küche als abendlichen Treffpunkt. Meine Mitbewohner sind offen, freundlich und gesellig.
