Hi my name is Frederike and I move out of the room because I will move into a new flat together with my boyfriend.
The room is free from the first of October but you can also move in until 15th October.
Your potential two new roommates are both named Jochen (yes two Jochen's) which is often funny :)
The "first" Jochen is 34 years young and works as a computer scientist at the university hospital.
The "second" Jochen is 22 years young and works as a professional driver in the harbor of Bonn.
In their leisure time they love to be in front of the computer and sometimes we do a board game evening or in the summer a BBQ in our big garden. We don't throw parties or get wasted and I am sure both Jochen's are looking for a like minded person.
The room is fully furnished and free for starting from the first of October.
In the room there as a big bed, a closet, a nice proper writing desk to study and some shelf's. You basically just need your luggage and can start living right away.
No smokers please. We are organized, relaxed and clean people that don't throw parties and would be happy to find someone that is like-minded.
This is a list of the pro and cons of the location:
+ super close to central station
+ Bus Stop direct in front of the door -> mobility
+ 4 big supermarkets just down the road
+ 10 mins walk to the city centrer
- Bus Stop direct in front of the door -> noise ( not that bad because we live in the attic )
- attic flat => gets hot in summer
We are not a party WG and we work 9to5.
It would be nice if we could hang out from time to time have a board game night or a BBQ, please only non smokers :)
We would be happy to find a relaxed person that also likes our lifestyle.
The price includes all the "Nebenkosten", electricity, 500MBit/s (fast!!!) internet the (mostly hated) "GEZ" fee and a landline Flat rate.
Bicycles can be stored in the backyard and we also have a cellar compartment where you can store some stuff.
We also have a big garden that we use to have BBQs in the summer.
