1. Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer (gerade alle frei geworden). Es werden mit dir 3 weitere Studierende oder PraktikantInnen zusammen wohnen.
2. Alle Räume haben ein Bett, einen Schrank, einen Tisch und einen Stuhl. Es gibt auch Bettwäsche, falls du sie nutzen möchtest.
3. Die 390 sind warm und werden monatlich bezahlt.
4. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

1. There are 4 rooms in this flat, so you will share it with 3 other students.
2. All the rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, there are also bed sheets, so you will just have to bring towels with you.
3. The price will be €390 every month (that amount covers all the costs, like electricity, water, heating, garbage disposal, and internet).
4. There is a fully equipped kitchen in that flat.
Die Wohnung liegt abseits der Straße, aber nur eine Minute von der Tramhaltestelle entfernt. In 10 Minuten ist man mit der Tram am Hbf. Von da aus ist man auch schnell an der Uni.
Der Flughafenbus fährt auch in der Nähe ab. Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse und ist dadurch vom Strassenlärm gut geschützt.
The flat is just 1 minute away from the tram station. In 10 min with the tram you are at the main train station, which is close to the university.
The airport-bus also goes from nearby. The house is away from the main street and thus it's not that loud there.
Das Zimmer ist für mindestens ein halbes Jahr frei. Eventuell kann es später auch verlängert werden.
In der Wohnung wird evtl. eine Praktikantin aus Russland wohnen.
Wegen der Nachbarn muss es auf die Ruhezeiten geachtet werden. (nach 22.00).
The flat is free for at least half a year. Eventually, your contract can be prolonged.
You can't be very loud in the evenings because of the neighbors.
