Look no further if you're looking for a short-term room for a month! Right smack in the city center, 50 steps away from the main station, you will get a lovely private room in a shared apartment. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and washing machine available for use. The room is furnished with a study table and chair, wardrobe, sofa, shelves and single bed. For the month of November with the possibility of taking over the entire flat (three rooms, kitchen, bathroom; ~100 sqm).
There is an elevator in the building and a bicycle parking area in the basement.
Directly at the building with the H&M, and less than 5 minutes walking to tram, train or bus as it's directly at the main station. For groceries, Aldi is 3 mins away at Karstadt, Rewe up to 7 minutes.
You will be sharing the flat with Eike and Gigi, who are uncomplicated flatmates and we have an easy co-existence.
