Hi,
I'm Kevin, just finished my Ph.D. and I'm moving out of my feel-good flat at the end of May. I leave Paul (bachelor student in mathematic, 21) and Andrea (art and painting, 22) in a two-story 106 square meter apartment. My room offers a great view and is creative to exciting and inviting.
And all the necessary furniture is here for you(bed, table, wardrobe, couch, mini bar, etc, charges 200 EURO).
EVERYTHING is included in the € 350 (except for the electricity( about 10euro/month))!
The apartment is fully furnished and is used by all residents. The apartment itself is equipped with two bathrooms / WC including a rain shower (!) For a feeling of wellbeing. There is a living room which is connected to the big kitchen.
The house is centrally located in the center of Bonn and is also closing to the beautiful Endenich.
From here you are within 5 minutes either in the city center or in the countryside, e.g. on the Meßdorfer Feld (the largest green area in Bonn) or the Kreuzberg (good excursion destination, should your relatives want to see something of your surroundings). If you're fixated, you can get anywhere quickly on your bike. If you are a bit more comfortable, there are of course also bus stops, which can be reached very quickly within 200 meters.
all the campuses of the University of Bonn can be reached within a very short time(1KM). In addition, a whole range of shopping opportunities awaits you (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM) within 200 meters.
First of all: I'm only moving out for good reasons (finishing my Ph.D.)! The apartment itself is big enough that you don't get in each other's way either together or alone. This is how you can live together freely and harmlessly. If the need for company, a beer, board game, banana bread baking campaign, making music, or watching movies.
A wonderful community has developed in our house over the past few years. We like to spend a lot of time together, be it in the form of barbecues on our terrace, excursions into the city center, good spontaneous, short to long conversations.
About the people (in our flatshare itself):
Andrea has a weird sense of humor and talent for artworks and painting.
Paul is an avid amateur athlete, horse riding, and occasionally angler who is enthusiastic about any kind of activity.
