Das schöne, helle Zimmer kommt ausgestattet mit 1,40m Bett, sehr geräumigem Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Kommoden. Obwohl es relativ klein ist, lässt sich das Zimmer doch schön einrichten.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung noch ein Wohnzimmer, welches ein wahrer Luxus ist, besonders, wenn es ums Wäsche aufhängen, Essen oder Besuch empfangen geht.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Smoothie-maker, Reiskocher, neuer Kühlschrank) und von ihr aus geht ein kleiner Balkon in Richtung Innenhof. Dort hat man tagsüber sehr viel Sonne, genau wie im Wohnzimmer.
In der Zwischenetage gibt es eine kleine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine, welche ausschließlich unserer WG gehört.

The beautiful, bright room comes equipped with a 1.40a m bed, a very spacious closet, mirror and drawers. Although it is relatively small, the room can still be arranged nicely.
There is also a living room in the apartment, which is a real luxury, especially when it comes to hanging laundry, eating or having visitors.
The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, toaster, smoothie maker, rice cooker) and leads to a small balcony facing the courtyard. There you have a lot of sun during the day, just like in the living room.
We also have a small storage room with a washing machine, which belongs exclusively to our apartment.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Direkt im Herzen der Altstadt sind Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Netto,...) und das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Obwohl du inmitten der Belebten Altstadt wohnst, hast du nachts grundsätzlich deine Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist in einer der Nebenstraßen und hat dazu noch gut isolierte Fenster. Dein Fahrrad kannst du sicher im Innenhof abstellen.
Hauptbahnhof, Uni, Rhein und Hofgarten sind um die 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Straßenbahnen sind aber schon in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The location of the apartment could not be better. Right in the heart of the old town, pubs, shopping (Rewe, Aldi, Netto,...) and the center are within walking distance. Although you live in the middle of the busy old town, you typically have your peace at night. The apartment is in one of the side streets and has well insulated windows. You can safely park your bike in the courtyard.
The main train station, university, Rhine and Hofgarten are about 10 minutes away on foot. However, trams can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Emma (23) teilen, die sich gerade in ihrem letzten Studiensemester befindet und sich sehr freut, in ihrer Lernphase ein wenig Gesellschaft zu haben. Ihr werdet bestimmt das ein oder andere mal zusammen kochen oder durch die Altstadt schlendern. Wenn du zeit für dich brauchst, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem.

You will share the apartment with Emma (23), who is currently in her last semester of studies and is very happy to have a little company in her learning phase. You will most likely find yourselves cooking together or strolling through the old town. If you need some time for yourself, of course that's no problem either.
