hier wird ab 1.6.2011 ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit ca. 18 m² frei.
Ideal für Studenten, da die Wohnung echt nur 3 min von der Fachhochschule entfernt ist.
Die Küche ist vollständig möbliert, also alles da, was man so braucht (Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spüle...).
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca 56m², Küche und Bad sind also relativ groß.
Von den Nachbarn her, alles nette, ruhige Leute.
Mein Nachbar (euer zukünftiger WG Mitbewohner) wird am 31.08.2011 ausziehen, das heißt ihr könnt dann die Wohnung übernehmen und euch einen Mitbewohner suchen (wird überhaupt kein Problem sein, weil dann das Wintersemester wieder anfängt)
