Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß, befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist sehr hell. Die Wohnung an sich ist um die 65 m² groß, mit zwei weiteren gleich großen Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad.
Da das Zimmer besonders interessant für Studenten sein sollte, ist auch die Lage zur FH und dem Hauptbahnhof interessant. Die Anbindung an Bus und Tram ist sehr gut. Die FH ist damit innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt befindet sich auch in Laufnähe.
Die WG ist sehr umgänglich und offen für viele Schandtaten. Wir sind Studenten der FH bzw. Auszubildene des Krankenhauses und gestalten unsere Freizeit sehr spontan und locker. Es finden häufig Filmabende statt oder es wird gemeinsam gekocht.
Kontakt ist täglich möglich zu Zeiten zwischen 06 und 23 Uhr. Um Anruf oder SMS wird gebeten. Auch E-Mail-Kontakt ist in weniger dringenden Fällen möglich. Wir freuen uns sehr, unsere Bewerber persönlich kennen zu lernen.
