Ich werde beruflich bedingt vom 01.02. bis 30.04.2025 nicht in Braunschweig wohnen können, weshalb ich für diesen Zeitraum mein Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung untervermieten werde.
Im Falle leichter Abweichungen vom vorgesehenen Zeitraum, können wir auch darüber noch sprechen.

I will be doing an intenship in another city and therefore I will be subletting my room in our cozy apartment. I am also flexible with the dates and we could discuss about them :)

Generell ist die Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn sehr gut. Beides erreicht man innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß - mitunter auch die Linie 230 direkt nach Wolfsburg.
Außerdem ist auch der nächste Bäcker bzw. Supermarkt lediglich 1 bzw. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Besonders für Studenten interessant: sogar der Uni-Campus ist binnen 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is in a perfect location, less than 7min away from the TU Braunschweig and the Language Center by walking.
The bus and tram stations about 2min away with which it takes 10min to the train station and less than 15min to the city center. Bus 230 to Wolfsburg also passes by this stations. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Salma, 25. Sie kommt aus Mexiko und spricht perfekt Deutsch, Spanisch und English. Sie studiert Lebensmittelchemie-Ingenieurwesen an der TU und ist tagsüber meist im Labor und arbeitet am Wochenende, so dass du in der Wohnung Platz für dich selbst haben kannst, aber nachmittags oder unter der Woche trifft sie sich gerne bei Kaffee oder Mahlzeiten in der Küche.
Wir suchen jemanden, der freundlich, sauber und respektvoll ist. Wir folgen gerade einem wöchentlichen Reinigungsplan. Es ist auch wichtig zu erwähnen, dass dies kein Party-WG ist.

Your flatmate will be Salma, 25, from Mexico. She speaks perfect English, German and Spanish. She studies Food Chemistry Engineering in the TU and during the day she is mostly in laboratories and works, so you will have space for yourself in the apartment but during afternoons or weekends, she loves to talk over coffee or meals in the kitchen.
We’re are looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful. We follow a weekly cleaning plan. It is also important to mention it is not a party-flat, although of course you can invite your friends over for a chill reunion.

Bei Interesse würde ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht freuen, um einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren (auch online möglich) und ggf. um weitere Fragen zu klären.
