Wir suchen dich, wenn du unkompliziert, nicht total chaotisch und nicht mega-penibel bist.
Das Zimmer ist ein Traum, wenn man nicht extrem lärmempfindlich ist, aber wir haben gute Fenster:) Es ist riesig 25 m², hat hohe Decken und einen Dielenboden. Farbe kannst du bei Bedarf nach Lust und Laune ändern.
Die Lage ist ein Traum: alles Wichtige ist in der Nähe: Ein Rewe (bis Mitternacht geöffnet!!), eine Post, Bus und Straßenbahn-Haltestellen - alles in 2 Minuten, 10 min zu Fuß zur Uni.
Oker in der Nähe etc.
Wir möchten auch nochmal unseren riesigen Garten betone
n (Sonnen, Bierchen trinken etc . )
Wir haben hier alles was das WG-Herz begehrt, vom Geschirrspüler, dem automatischen Licht und Radio im Bad, bis zum chilligen Nachbarn und natürlich uns ;-)
Am besten du überzeugst dich selbst, "Alles kann, nichts muss", wir machen gerne etwas zusammen, aber Tür kann auch mal zu bleiben.
