Das Zimmer steht vom 01.09 bis 01.11 zur Zwischenmiete, da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich die Wohnung zum 01.11 gekündigt haben und ich bereits ab 01.09 eine neue Unterkunft habe.Danach könnte die Wohnung vielleicht für eine neue WG übernommen werden, das müsste allerdings mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche, im Hinterhof ist eine kleine Wiese mit Wäscheleinen die sich jedoch auch gut für ein mittägliches Sonnenbad oder ähnliches eignet.
Bilder folgen wenn ich aufgeräumt habe...
Die Wohnung liegt beim Rudolfplatz, Bus M19 & M29 sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Direkt nebenan ist ein Rewe und Penny ist auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Hbk sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 7 Minuten. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Um die Ecke gibt es auch ein Eiscafe.
