Das Zimmer ist 11qm groß und befindet sich auf der oberen Etage einer Maisonette Wohnung.
Es hat ein großes und ein kleines Fenster, die beide zur straßenabgewanden Seite hinausgehen. Somit ist es sehr ruhig. Der Boden betseht aus Laminat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage.
Genau zwischen der Stadthalle und dem Magniviertel gelegen hat man es zum Bahnhof oder auch in die Innenstadt nicht weit.
Außerdem sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner würden Max und Johannes heißen.
Beide sind arbeitstätig und haben somit einen geregelten Tagesaublauf.
Wenn es die Termine zulassen wird öfter mal etwas unternommen, aber jeder hat auch genügend Freiraum und kann sich auch mal in Ruhe zurückziehen.
