Hi future flatmate!
I am 33 yrs, PhD student at Hannover medical school and my background is statistics. My old flatmate has ended his contract and is leaving BS soon, I will like to have a simple, clean, organised and friendly person to share the flate with me. I like to cook, drink occasionally, do sports always, do not smoke, and very tidy especially in toilet and kitchen.
The flat is 52 m2 and has one toilet, one living room, one kitchen and two bed rooms. It is located at Broitzem center, 5m walk to tram 5 and Edeka. It is a very quiet building, perfect for a student or a young worker.
All necessaries like washing machines, bed, table, TV, internet, warm water, etc are available and included in the cost. There is a garden outside to relax under the sun and a basement of 10m2 to store stuffs. Kleine Grubestr. 4
The best form of public transport is tram, 5 min walk from the flat, Tram leaves every 10 to 15 min to the train stop.
You will share the flat with me. I go to work at 8 and returned at 20:00 daily. The flat is generally very quiet during the day and night as neighbours also go to work and are all adults. My most requirement is that the person to share the flat with me must be very tidy in the kitchen, toilet, and even their bed rooms. The mate will have to clean their room, kitchen and bath room at least once every two weeks. You are allowed to have visitors but for not more than 2 weeks stay in a row.
