und ich habe meine Promotion bei der uni gemacht,
die Wohnung ist seit 2 Jahre schön renoviert, und liegt in eine zentrale position,
Der Viewegsgarten is 200 m weg von hier. Der Bürgerpark befindet sich 10 Minuten von hier zu Fuss. Die Wohnung hat die beste Anbindung zum Öffentlichem nah verkehr und als auch Fernbahnen.
lange zeit mietung bekommt stark reduzierung.

if you are searching for a place in BS it seems that you may have a room in this apartment, it is a -renovated- double room apartment, it is 59 square meter, and has a Balcony, so one can enjoy the nice view also, (VERY close to HBF of Braunschweig, to the side of the inner city INNENSTADT), the apartment is a little bit big for me alone :( , it fits two persons easily, if you are interested i send you more couple of photos ,

IMPORTANT thing i have to mention; are you used to keep the schedule for cleaning in the apartment? because i like to keep the place clean "REINEGUNGSPLAENE",

a couple of information pieces about me, i am a male , 36 year old, i did my PhD in mechanical engineering.
i like social activities , i have no problem with some out going,
i have no problem with activities like cooking together, watching a movie and such things, on the other hand one can rest alone in his room when he/she would like to stay in quit, it is your choice, and you should feel free at your home,

i am a non-smoker person , and i have no pet,
if you visit the apartment you will -definitely- like the room :)

die Wohnung hat eine gute qualität küche, eine badwanne, und eine Balkone ...
fällt nur du, die-der nette Mitbewohner-in, du brauchst nex zu bringen, ... nur deine Tasche , aber wann du moelibe hast schreib mir was du bringen will ...
Solltest Du neu in Braunschweig sein und Stadt gerne kennenlernen moechte, kann ich dir auch helfen? da ich das Land hier gut kenne. ich suche an Harmonischen, unkomplizierten und entspannten WG-leben. ich freue mich über nette Gespräche bei Kaffee.
ich habe Gläser und Tassen, Töpfe und Pfannen uzw. .... aber ja, am besten wann du deine gute Laune bringst :) :) :)

ich mag videographie, Tischtennis, schwimmen und mit Freunde in der Stadt zu gehen Kaffee zu trinken. ich bin -super- flexible für meine nette Mitbewohnerin pläne auch :) ich mag alles was spass ist :)

ich rauche nicht, und eigentlich rauchen zu Hause (drin) stört mich,
ich habe keine tiere, und ich will keine tiere bei mir bitte :),
man soll regelmaessig sauber machen, umd die reinegungplaene möglichst behalten , aber ich bin total locker und unkompliziert,
wann du interesse hast, einfach mir schreiben ,
ich spreche Deutsch aber nicht so gut, meine Englisch ist viel BESSER,
