Wir suchen eine/n lieben Mitbewohner/in für unsere wunderbare Wg in der schönen Wohngegend am Gaußpark. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Geschoss eines schönen, typisch Braunschweiger Altbaus. Es gibt vier Zimmer, Küche mit Vorratskammer und ein geräumiges Bad.
Das Zimmer wird für 10 Monate frei und wird komplett möbiliert übergeben. Du musst also kaum etwas mitbringen.
Bei uns ist es echt lebenswert, die Küche ist lichtdurchflutet, zum Innenhof gibt's einen großen Balkon mit reichlich Sonne. Die Stimmung innerhalb der Wg ist sehr sehr entspannt und gemeinschaftlich. Meisten läuft irgendwo Mukke (Reggae, Jazz, Hiphop, aber überwiegend Techno) Am Wochenende wird's auch gerne mal laut und ausgelassen !!
Wir, das sind Lars, Timo und Malte, sind alles ganz liebe, offene und gesellige Menschen und würden uns freuen, viel mit dir zu unternehmen!

Hello you!
We are looking for a nice roommate for our wonderful flat in the beautiful area at the Gaußpark. The apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful, typical Brunswick old building. There are four rooms, kitchen with pantry and a spacious bathroom.
The room will be available for 10 months and will be fully furnished. So you hardly have to bring anything.
With us it is really worth living, the kitchen is flooded with light, there is a large balcony with plenty of sun facing the courtyard. The atmosphere in our place is very relaxed and close. Most of the time, music is playing somewhere in the apartment (reggae, jazz, hip-hop, but mostly techno). Weekends here are always fun and enjoyable. Sometimes even more fun and energetic.
We, that is Lars, Timo and Malte, are all very nice, open and sociable people and would be happy to do a lot with you!
