Direkt am Rudolfplatz befindet sich die dreier WG von Arne (24), Long (26) und mir (Marvin, 23). Wir sind alle Studenten am Ende unserer Bachelorstudiengänge. Long und ich studieren WiIng Maschinenbau und Arne studiert Umweltingenieurwesen. Arne ist ein extrovertierter Mitbewohner der steht’s für ein aktives Zusammenwohnen und Aktivitäten zu begeistern ist. Long ist ein ruhigerer Mitbewohner.
Auf Grund eines Auslandspraktikum in dem entsprechenden Zeitraum vermiete ich mein Zimmer mit 14 qm in der WG mit insgesamt 82 qm. Sowohl Lidl (auf der anderen Straßen Seite) als auch Rewe (etwa 100 Meter entfernt) befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Von der Wohnungstür bis zu den Bushaltestellen des Rudolfplatzes läuft man exakt 2 Minuten.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, mein Zimmer für den gesamten Zeitraum zu vermieten, habe aber auch kein Problem mit kürzeren Zeiträumen.
Directly at Rudolfplatz is the shared flat of Arne (24), Long (26) and me (Marvin, 23). We are all students at the end of our bachelor studies. Long and I are studying WiIng Mechanical Engineering and Arne is studying Environmental Engineering. Arne is an extroverted roommate who stands for active living together and activities. Long is a quieter roommate.
Due to an internship abroad in the corresponding period I rent my room with 14 sqm in the WG with a total of 82 sqm. Both Lidl (on the other side of the street) and Rewe (about 100 meters away) are in close proximity. It takes exactly 2 minutes to walk from the apartment door to the bus stops of Rudolfplatz
I would be very happy to rent out my room for the entire period, but have no problem with shorter periods.
