Wir sind eine 4er-WG aus wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter*innen und Doktorant*innen aus Spanien, Italien und Deutschland. Zum 01.09.16 suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in, gerne aus einem ähnlichen Kontext. Eventuell kann das Zimmer länger gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines komplett neu renovierten Zwei-Familienhauses mit Solaranlage, Pelletheizung etc. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche mit großem Esstisch und Sofa. Ein Bad mit Dusche wird gemeinsam genutzt.
Warmmiete versteht sich inklusive Strom, Wasser, Internet etc. und beträgt insgesamt 300€ pro Monat.
Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. musst du selber mitbringen.

We are post docs and researchers from Germany, Spain and Italy. We all met in Braunschweig, some of us are in Germany temporarily. As of 09/01/2016 (September 1st) we're looking for a flat mate!
The flat is situated in the first floor of a completely renovated two family house with solar energy supply, pellet heating etc. Large common-use kitchen with big dining table and sofa.
Price including heating, electricity, internet etc. is 300 € per month. The room is fully furnished, you just need to bring bed linen, towels etc.
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 3 km mit dem Rad, zur Bushaltestelle 200m. Mit dem Rad kann man sehr schön durch's Grüne in's östliche Ringgebiet und zur Uni fahren. Im östlichen Ringgebiet gibt es viele Bars, Restaurants etc.

It's about 3km to the central station by bike, a bus station ist 2mins away. Also it's a nice and short bike ride through parks to the university and the östliche Ringgebiet with nice bars and restaurants etc.
Wir sind wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter*innen und Doktorant*innen an verschiedenen Instituten in Braunschweig.
Wir haben uns alle über das gemeinsame Wohnen kennengelernt - einige von uns sind nur temporär in Braunschweig oder Deutschland. Durch viele verschiedene Muttersprachen ist normalerweise Englisch die WG-Sprache. Ab und zu kochen und essen wir gemeinsam, sind aber auch nicht böse, wenn die Zimmertür geschlossen wird. ;-)

Due to so many different first languages in the flat sharing usually English is our community language. Occasionally we cook and have dinner together - we're fine with you closing your room door after you though. ;-)
