Ich biete mein WG-Zimmer zum 01.11.2013 an, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe.
Nun zur Wohnung: Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr schöne 2er WG in der Nordstadt in Uninähe. Die Wohnlage ist in einer Nebenstraße mit einem kleinen Garten mit Grillplatz. Das Gebäude ist ein sehr schöner Altbau und im Sommer kühl. Real, Penny und Aldi sind gleich um die Ecke, jeweils 5 min zu Fuß. In den Gesamtkosten ist alles drin, auch Internet, Heizung und Strom zusammen 340 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet: Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher, Toster, Mikrowelle, Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und ein 20m² Gemeinschaftsraum.
Die Bahnanbindung ist gut, in 15 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Zur Uni 10-15 min zu Fuß.
Nun noch kurz zu meinem Mitbewohner. Er ist sehr nett und sympatisch und studiert Elektrotechnik. Unkompliziertes Zusammenleben mit Gemeinschaftsraum inc. Couch und großem TV zum Entspannen.
