Das Zimmer teilt sich in zwei Zimmer. Ein kleineres - in dieses habe ich ein Bett auf die Höhe der Fensterbank gebaut und ein größeres, was ich als Wohnzimmer genutzt habe.
There are two rooms - the smaller one has a bed built as high as the window is. The other room can be used as a living room.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, das soll vorerst so bleiben. (Schreibtisch, Couch, Kleiderschrank, alles da und im Stil der 50er Jahre)
The room has full furniture. (Desk, sofa .. )
Da ich ins Ausland gehe und eventuell auch dort bleiben will, ist eine komplette Übernahme des Zimmers nach Ende des Vertrages denkbar.
As I´m leaving Germany and will hopefully stay abroad, we could negotiate a long-stay after the end of the contract and I will collect my stuff out of the room, which might then be fully yours.
Haustiere erlaubt, ich habe mit meinem Hund in der WG gewohnt.

Top Lage nahe der Uni - schöne Straße mit vielen Kneipen, nicht weit zur Innenstadt, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Besser kann man es kaum treffen..

Zwei nette Mitbewohner freuen sich auf dich. Beide können toll kochen (eine vegan) und alles ist sehr freundschaftlich, aber nicht aufdringlich.
Two nice room-mates are waiting for you. Both are brilliant cookers (one of them is vegan) and everything is in a friendly atmosphere.
Du kannst das Zimmer gern ab Freitag, 12.08. besichtigen, schick mir dazu eine Mail an oder ruf mich kurz an. Ich werde vorerst viele Dinge hier lassen, aber Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank sind für deine Sachen frei, auch im Bücherregal ist Platz. Wenn du keine Zeit hast, das Zimmer kurzfristig zu besichtigen, lässt sich das auch einrichten.

Wie lange du bleiben willst, können wir verhandeln, es muss kein ganzes Jahr sein. Es ist zwar der 01.09 angegeben, aber du kannst schon ab dem 15.08. einziehen.
You don´t have to stay a full year - we can talk about your need for the room. You also can move in at the 15.08 instead of the 01.09 - just as you want it.
