Hallo hallo,
wir, Christian, Aline und Sebastian, sind drei Studenten und suchen zum 01.11.2011 eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist etwa 19m2 groß mit Dielenboden und Fachwerk im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist im Ganzen etwa 120 m2 groß mit zwei Toiletten und einem extra Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie sonstiges was man zum Wohnen und Leben braucht ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben eine Telefon- und Internetflatrate bei Kabel Deutschland mit einer Geschwindigkeit bis zu 32 MBit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Helmstedter Straße, direkt am Ring. Das heißt man hat hier gute Busverbindungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Penny, Edeka und Aldi sind quasi um die Ecke und auch zur Uni sowie zum Bahnhof oder in die Stadt ist es nicht weit. Der Prinzenpark ist mit dem Rad auch nur etwa fünf Minuten entfernt.
