Erasmus Intern Student for Summer Period

I got erasmus internship grant for this summer in TU Braunschweig,and imlooking for a place,it could be studio apartment maybe from owner off in summer,or flatshare-room,with enjoyful flatmates could be speaken english,i could try german but fornow a bit hard,if any willing to teach me german,they are welcome,as i said i gladly try.This is the story

Well the details:

Price (including internet-with all) : 250-325 eur (which is changeable in conditions)
Nice to be not much far away from TU Braunschweig
Dates:20.06.2011-17.06.2011
