Zimmer gesucht: Für einen PhD-Studenten (ab Oktober)

Ich bin neu in Deutschland und ich spreche kein Deutsch (vielleicht ein bisschen). Bitte haben Sie Nachsicht mit meinem Englisch!!!


I am Yeswanth (24 years), recently moved to Braunschweig from Sweden. I have started my PhD at TU Braunschweig in September. I am looking for a place to stay from October.

ABOUT ME:
I have lived in Sweden for the past three years. I was there to do my Master's (Mechanical Engineering). As I mentioned that I will start my doctorate, I will be busy studying most of the working days. In my free time, I like to play sports (volleyball, badminton, table tennis) and do outdoor activities (hiking, cycling etc) if the weather is good otherwise, I like to stick with watching TV series and YouTube. I am a sociable person and like to have conversations about culture, food, animals etc.

My requirements:
I would need very minimal or no furniture at the place. The important things for me is to have a refrigerator and washing machine at the place. Having electricity and internet contracts already is a good thing but, is also manageable even if it's not. I can pay up to 500€ for rent (including electricity and internet).
