Hallo, Ich bin Jan und studiere Kunst hier in Braunschweig. Ab Juni wird bei mir ein Zimmer (unmöbliert) frei und ich würd mich über eine*n neue freundliche Mitbewohner*in freuen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer. Die Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt und jeweils klein und übersichtlich. In der Küche gibt es Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kochplatten, einen kleinen Ofen und einen großen, leisen Kühlschrank. Einen geräumigen Keller gibt es auch. In den 303€, die wir jeweils zahlen sind Internet, Strom und GEZ mit inbegriffen.(Insgesamt beträgt die Miete der Wohunng 350 + Nebenkosten 150 + 106 GEZ, Internet, Strom(die Strompauschale wird im Mai nochmal neu berechnet und sollte sinken). Ich hoffe auf ein angenehmes, gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben. Vielleicht ab und zu mal zusammen kochen, quatschen und der ein oder andere Filmabend, aber ohne gezwungene Verpflichtungen. Ich würd mich freuen wenn du mich kontaktierst und wir alles weitere besprechen können.
Hello, I am Jan and I study fine arts here in Brausnchweig. From June on there will be a free room (no furniture) in my(our) flat and I would be happy to find a friendly person to move in with me. The flat is pretty bright. There is a big living room. The shower and the toilet are separated and quite small and cosy.There are washing machine, dishwasher, cooking plates, a small oven and a tall, quiet fridge in the kitchen. There is a spacious cellar aswell. The 303€ we each pay include GEZ, internet and electricity (the costs for the whole flat: 350 + 150 running costs + 106 GEZ, internet, electricity(the electricity fee will be newly evaluated and will be reduced)). I hope we can manage to have a pleasant, communal living here. Maybe we can occasionaly cook, talk and/or have movienights together. But no pressure. I would be happy if you contacted me to talk about anything else you've got on youre mind.
