Hi,
neben dem freien Zimmer gibt es noch eine geräumige Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen kleinen Balkon zur gemeinsamen Benutzung. Außerdem gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und ein getrenntes WC, einen großen Vorraum und einen Abstellraum. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal, mitten in der Einkaufsstraße und auch ganz in der Nähe vom See und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Ich bin berufstätig und wohne hier mit meinen zwei süßen Katzen, wir haben alle drei bereits längere Zeit in WGs gewohnt und freuen uns über tierfreundliche Gesellschaft.

Hi,
in additional to the vacant room, there is a spacious kitchen, a large living room and a small balcony for common use. There is also a bathroom with a tub and a separate toilet, a large anteroom and a storage room. The location is really ideal, right in the middle of the shopping street and also very close to the lake and public transport.
I work and live here with my two sweet cats, all three of us have already lived in shared flats for some time and are happy to have pet-friendly company.
