Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet d.h. Küche inkl. Utensilien, Waschmaschine/Trockner und Gefrierschrank. Das Badezimmer und WC sind von einander getrennt.
Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront, daher ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Mit seinen 24qm ist es das größte Zimmer der Wohnung und es ist bereits möbliert. Es ist auch kein Problem, falls man seine eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchte.
Wlan ist vorhanden, aber nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Bright, furnished room in a renovated old building apartment on the first floor. The apartment is fully equipped, including a kitchen with utensils, a washing machine/dryer, and a freezer. The bathroom and toilet are separate from each other.
It is a spacious room with a large window front, making it very bright. With its 24 square meters, it is the largest room in the apartment and it is already furnished. It is also not a problem if you want to bring your own furniture.
WiFi is available but not included in the rental price.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Rainergasse 36 im 5ten Bezirk (Margareten) gegenüber eines Gymnasiums. Ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraße, die dennoch ums Eck ist (Wiedner Hauptstraße).
Perfekte Lage in Nähe des ÖPNV, innerhalb von 4 Gehminuten sind die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 62 und Badner Bahn, sowie die Linie 18 zu erreichen.
Außerdem ist die Ubahn Station U1 Taubstummengasse und der Hauptbahnhof in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Unser Favorit der 13A Bus (❤️) ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt und bringt dich gerne zur Neubaugasse.
Zusätzlich gibt es in der Nähe auch eine Nachtbus Haltestelle, falls man mal später heim kommen sollte.
Die TU Wien ist 3 Straßenbahn Stationen entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in nächster Nähe, sowie viele schöne Cafes und Bars.

The apartment is located at Rainergasse 36 in the 5th district (Margareten), opposite a high school. It is situated in a quiet location away from the main street, but still just around the corner from Wiedner Hauptstraße.
It has a perfect location close to public transportation. Within a 4-minute walk, you can reach tram lines 1, 62, and the Badner Bahn, as well as line 18. In addition, the U1 Taubstummengasse subway station and the main train station are within a 10-15 minute walk. Our favorite, the 13A bus (❤️), is also only 5 minutes away and conveniently takes you to Neubaugasse. There is also a nearby night bus stop in case you need to come home later.
The Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) is 3 tram stops away.
There are shopping facilities in close proximity, as well as many nice cafes and bars.
Wir sind zwei offene, freundliche Student*innen auf der Suche nach einer/einem neuer/neuem Mitbewohner*in.
Über uns:
Giada (20): Ich bin in Italien geboren, dadurch kann ich fließend italienisch sprechen. Derzeit arbeite ich im Volkstheater im Kostüm und nähe gerne, weshalb ich hoffe, dass die Geräusche meiner Nähmaschine dich nicht stören. Außerdem Bücher lesen, Fotografieren und Kunstmuseen sind mancher meiner Lieblings Beschäftigungen. Bin aber auch ein großer Fan davon, mich mit meinen Freund*innen im Park oder in einer Bar zu treffen und die Seele baumeln lassen.
Eli(20): Ich komm aus der Steiermark (Österreich) und studiere auf der TU Umweltingeneurwesen (girly in stem oder so). In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, färbe zu oft meine Haare und engagiere mich politisch z.B. für Lgbtq+ Rechte, Feminismus usw. Außerdem geb ich zu viel Geld für Schalplatten und Bücher aus. In letzter Zeit wohne ich gefühlt schon eher in der TU Bibliothek.
Zusammen unternehmen wir gerne mal was, kochen und trinken auch ganze gerne mal ein Gläschen Vino. Wir ernähren uns beide vegetarisch.

About us:
Giada (20): I was born in Italy, so I am fluent in Italian. Currently, I work at the Volkstheater in the costume department and enjoy sewing, so I hope the sound of my sewing machine won't bother you. I also love reading books, photography, and visiting art museums. But I'm also a big fan of meeting my friends in the park or at a bar and just relaxing.
Eli (20): I'm from Styria, Austria, and I'm studying Environmental Engineering at TU (girly in stem). In my free time, I enjoy reading, dyeing my hair too often, and getting involved in political activities such as LGBTQ+ rights and feminism. I also spend too much money on vinyl records and books. Lately, it feels like I live more in the TU library.
Together, we like to do things together, cook, and enjoy a glass of wine. We both follow a vegetarian diet.
Wir wünschen uns von dir, dass du aufgeschlossen und offen bist. Natürlich respektieren wir auch die Privatsphäre der Anderen, da unsere Wohnung ein Rückzugsort für uns alle sein sollte. Aber es soll sich um keine Zwecks WG handeln. Allerdings sind große Parties nicht erwünscht.
Das Thema Sauberkeit ist bei uns großgeschrieben, daher wünschen wir uns, dass du dich an den Putzplan hältst und die Küche/Bad nach Nutzung sauber hältst.
