ich suche ein/e Nachmieter/in für mein gemütliches, vollmöbliertes Zimmer.
Das Zimmer:
-verfügt über einen Balkon von dem aus Du auf Bäume und einen großen See schauen kannst
-ist Teil einer 2er WG
-Du bist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten an der Uni (kannst also länger schlafen ;)) und bist in 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in der Innenstadt
-Du hast ein Paket bestellt und bist nicht zuhause? Kein Problem! Es wartet an der Rezeption auf Dich!
-Wenn etwas kaputt ist hast Du die Wahl zwischen zwei Hausmeistern, die Du im Notfall auch mobil erreichen kannst

Hey,
I am searching somebody for my cosy, fully furnished room.
The room:
-has a balcony from which you can see trees and a large Pond
-is part of a shared appartment of two people
-you can get to the university within 5 minutes by feet (so you can sleep longer ;)) and your are in the city centre within 15 minutes when using the tram
-you ordered a package but are not at home? Don't worry! It will wait for you at the reception! :)
-In case something needs to be repaired, you can choose between two caretakers whom you can also call in emergency
