ich biete ein helles, großzügiges 30 qm Zimmer mit zwei Türen auf einer eigenen Etage mit eigenem Bad (Badewanne, WC), eigenem Balkon zum Garten raus im ersten Stock eines Altbremer Hauses, in dem nur die WG (2 Personen) wohnt. Mitbewohner ist Dominik, 31, Sozialpädagoge, sehr nett, musikbegeistert. Ich ziehe aus, bin aber wohl häufiger zu Besuch. Miete ist ca. 400,-, Einzugsdatum 1.7.11. Das Haus befindet sich in der Pappelstraße, alte Neustadt, ist also extrem zentral gelegen, es gibt 1.000 Supermärkte :-), Parks, einige Kneipen, die Hochschule und die kleine Weser.
