Ich biete im Zeitraum vom 22.Februar bis 22. März eine Zwischenmiete an.
Dein Zimmer ist 18 qm groß. Es ist voll möbliert, hat einen TV, ein großes Bett sowie ein Sofa.
Es befindet sich einer 150 qm Altbau-Wohnung direkt am Theater am Leibnizplatz. Die Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es fährt die 6 direkt zur Uni (ca. 25 Min) oder zum Flughafen (5 Min). Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Min in der City.
Mit dir wohnen zwei Master-Studentinnen (24 und 27 Jahre), Politik-Student sowie ein Medieninformatiker (28 und 24 Jahre), die nebenbei kellnern.
Es gibt eine große Küche inkl. Gasherd und eine sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Kicker und riesen Sofas. =)
Ich werde ein Monat nach Honduras reisen und suche einen netten Nachfolger/in für meine super coole WG!
Alle sind sehr kommunikativ und kochen auch gern mal zusammen und gehen ein Bier trinken, aber wenn man seine Ruhe möchte ist das auch kein Problem. Der Preis ist durchaus noch ein wenig verhandelbar ;-)
