Liebe Zimmersuchende,
ich habe ein kleines , aber sehr nettes Zimmer in der Neustadt in bester Lage und vor allem in einer sehr netten WG.
Das Zimmer hat zwar nur 10 m2, aber durch ein schönes Hochbett wirkt es viel größer. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert, ist werde ein bisschen was freiräumen, aber dennoch ist der Stauraum begenzt. Dafür ist vor der Tür ein riesiger Balkon zu dem die Sonne herein lacht.
In der WG leben außerdem noch vier weitere Mitbewohner_innen, die sich über nette Gesellschaft freuen.
Das Zimmer ist frei in dem Zeitraum vom 30 August bis 28. September. Aber wenn ein paar mehr gewünscht sind, können wir gerne darüber reden.
Für den Monat beläuft sich die Miete auf 200 Euro.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Alten Neustadt, direkt davor fährt die Straßenbahn ab und Rewe und Aldi sind ganz nah. Zum Bahnhof ist auch nur eine 1/4 Stunde.
Also bei Interesse, freue mich über eine Nachricht.

Hey,
its a small (11 sqm), but lovley room. Because of a loft bed inside the room seems to be bigger. The room is furnished and there will be still my stuff, but there would have some space in the cupboard.
i have a guitar which loves it if someone plays it :)
The best of my room is big big balkony in front of it, there is sun the whole day.
In the appartment are also living:
Arnau, Catherina, Martin and Nadine. Most of them are working and thus they not much time during the daytime at home . But if we are all at home, we have a good time together cook ,drink, may go out or just enjoy the sun together.
we share a big kitchen and the bathrooms.
the room is free for the whole month september. but if you need the room for some days more, we can talk about it.
the monthly rend is 200 euro.
there are a lot of shops close by. the tramstation is 2 min away and to the main trainstation it takes 15 min.
so, let me know if you are interessed.
