Hallo an alle,
Ich biete mein möbliertes, 13 qm großes Zimmer in Bremen Alte Neustadt an von 03.07.2017 bis zum 03.09.2017 an. Es ist eine 5-Personen-WG.
Das Zimmer beinhaltet folgende Möbelstücke: Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Wandgarderobe, Bettleinen.
Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, Küche, Bad+WC, die natürlicherweise auch in der Miete inklusive sind. Das Gemeinschaftszimmer ist sehr angenehm und ist mit Sofas, Stühlen, Esstisch und Wäschebereich ausgestattet.
Die Küche enthält ein Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Waschmachine, Geschirr und Besteck .
Die Wohnung ist von Tramhaltestelle der Linien 4 und 6 nur 2 Minuten entfernt. In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man die Hochschule und Domsheide zu Fuß. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Tram in 9 Minuten erreichbar. Rewe, Aldi und Penny sind fussläufig (4 min) erreichbar.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt monatlich 320€ inklusive Strom, Gas, Wasser und Internet. Falls Interesse besteht, dann ist eine Nachricht ausreichend, um eine Besichtigung zu besprechen.

Room is furnished (bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, bed linen) and shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and wc are also available.
Living room is quite useful with sofa, armchair, dining table and clothes drying area.
Kitchen has refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, cupboards and kitchen utilities.
The apartment is 2 min away from tram stop for 4 and 6 lines. It takes 7 min to Hochschule and Domsheide by walking. Hauptbahnhof is 9 minutes by tram. Rewe, Aldi and Penny is in 4 min walking distance.
Rent is 320€ including Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet. If you’re interested send me a message.
