Da ich im August und September verreisen werde, vermiete ich für knapp 7 Wochen mein Zimmer in einer tollen WG :) Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind auch ein bisschen flexibel.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock im schönen Flüsseviertel der Bremer Neustadt. Es ist ca. 14 qm groß und durch das große Fenster Richtung Südwesten sehr hell. Das Highlight der WG ist definitiv unser Wohnzimmer mit Erker, welches gerne für Spiel- , Chill- oder Filmabende genutzt wird. Im Erker kann man super entspannen, vor allem, wenn die Sonne hineinscheint. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, sogar einem Geschirrspüler. Es gibt in der Wohnung ein großes und ein kleines Badezimmer. Im großen Badezimmer ist auch eine Waschmaschine und genug Platz zum Trocknen für alle. Außerdem haben wir einen großen Keller in den all unsere Fahrräder, unser Bollerwagen und noch anderer Kram passt.

As I will be travelling in summer, I am renting out my room in a great shared flat for just under 7 weeks :) The move-in and move-out dates are also a bit flexible.
The room is on the first floor in the beautiful Flüsseviertel in Bremen's Neustadt. It is about 14 square metres and very bright because of the large window facing south-west. The highlight of the shared flat is definitely our living room with bay window, which we always like to use for game or movie nights. The bay window is a great place to relax, especially when the sun shines in. The kitchen is equipped with everything, even a dishwasher. There is a large and a small bathroom in the flat. There is also a washing machine in the large bathroom and enough space for everyone to dry their clothes. We also have a large cellar where we can store all our bikes, our trolley and other stuff.
Die WG liegt super zentral in der Alten Neustadt. Direkt nebenan ist der Neustadtspark und dahinter die Hochschule Bremen (3 min Fußweg), also ideal, wenn man dort studiert. Im Park gibt es ein Beachvolleyballfeld, ein Basketballfeld und ein Schwimmbad nebenan. Nicht weit ist auch der Werdersee, in dem man im Sommer super Baden oder ganzjährlich drum herum joggen oder Fahrrad fahren kann.
Auch der ÖPNV ist gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle Hochschule Bremen ist quasi direkt vor der Tür und zum Theater am Leibnizplatz (z.B. Linie 6 Flughafen/Universität) sind es so 6-8 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle möglichen Einkaufsoptionen sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da gibt es Rewe, Penny, Aldi, ALECO zwei Unverpacktläden und einen Edeka. Des Weiteren gibt es viele nette Cafés und Kneipen in den umliegenden Straßen.

The shared flat is in a super central location in the Alte Neustadt. The Neustadtspark is right next door and behind it is the Hochschule Bremen (3 min walk), so it's ideal if you study there. The park has a beach volleyball court, a basketball court and a swimming pool next door. Lake Werdersee is not far away, which is a great place to swim in the summer or go jogging or cycling all year round.
Public transport is also easy to reach. The Bremen University stop is right outside the door and the theatre on Leibnizplatz (e.g. line 6 Airport/University) is a 5
6-8 minute walk away. All possible shopping options are also within walking distance. There is Rewe, Penny, Aldi, ALECO, two "Unverpacktläden" and an Edeka. There are also many nice cafés and pubs in the surrounding streets.
Im Zimmer neben an wohnt Felipe (31). Er verbringt viel Zeit beim Klettern in der Natur, an schönen Felswänden in verschiedenen Teilen der Welt oder manchmal auch auf Slacklines. Außerdem mag er Musik, Live-Konzerte und genießt den Stress, der im Büro herrscht. Das Kochen von veganen Varianten typischer südamerikanischer Gerichte ist ein Hobby, das er vor ein paar Jahren entwickelt hat.
Die flotte Lotte (20) hat gerade ihr erstes Semester in Umwelttechnik beendet und begeistert sich für viele Dinge wie Impro-Theater, Volleyball, Feminismus, Bier trinken, zusammen kochen, Spiele spielen und vieles mehr. Sie zieht im September allerdings leider aus, weswegen dann eine neue Person einzieht.
Das WG-Leben ist relativ entspannt und unbefangen. Manchmal kochen wir zusammen, machen Spieleabende oder hängen im Wohnzimmer zusammen rum. Teilweise sind wir aber auch mit dem Unileben und anderen Sachen beschäftigt und jeder nimmt sich etwas Zeit für sich. Wir kaufen zusammen ein und haben eine WG-Kasse, weil wir ähnliche (vegane/vegetarische) Lebensmittel essen. Es wär sehr entspannt, wenn das so bleibt und weiterhin Essen geteilt wird.

Felipe (31) lives in the room next door. He spends a lot of time climbing in nature, on beautiful rock faces in different parts of the world or sometimes on slacklines. He also likes music, live concerts and enjoys the stress of being in the office. Cooking vegan versions of typical South American dishes is a hobby he developed a few years ago.
Lotte (20) has just finished her first semester in environmental engineering and is enthusiastic about many things such as improv theatre, volleyball, feminism, drinking beer, cooking together, playing games and much more. As she ja mobing out in september, there will probably be someone new Tagen.
The flat-sharing life is relatively relaxed and uninhibited. Sometimes we cook together, have game nights or hang out in the living room. But sometimes we are busy with university life and other things and everyone takes some time for themselves. We shop together and have a WG fund because we eat similar (vegan/vegetarian) food. It would be very relaxed if it stays that way and we continue to share food.
