Hi people! It's time for me to leave this cozy room of this beautiful house.
The room is on the ground floor of a two-floor apartment and it's sunny enough.
It comes without furniture but if you need anything we can discuss about it.
The size is approximate but i would describe it as a big room where you can easily spend hours in.
The walls are in excellent condition (no need to paint) and there is a permanent beige fitter-carpet on.
Die Lage ist recht Zentral nahe dem Leibnitzplatz.
Die Hochschule ist 7 min zu Fuß entfernt, die nächste Jaltestelle ca 2 min.
Einkaufsläden sind auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

The location is quite central near Leibnitzplatz.
The university is a 7-minute walk away, the nearest train station about 2 minutes.
Shops are also only a few minutes away.
In der WG leben Sophia, Cara, Hendrik, David und Moby. Sophia und David sind Studenten. Das merkt man
vor allem daran, dass sie meistens tagsüber Zuhause sind und oftmals auch unter der Woche um 6
Uhr morgens nach Hause kommen :D. Hendrik macht eine Ausbildung zum Koch. Wenn er nicht auf
der Arbeit ist, ist er oftmals auf der Couch anzutreffen. Cara nimmt sich nach ihrem Bachelor eine Auszeit.
Als WG unternehmen wir
gerne etwas zusammen, auch wenn es in den meisten Fällen in Bier trinken gehen oder Couch-Life
endet :D. Gerade im Sommer veranstalten wir auch kleine Grill-party’s auf unserer Terrasse. Am
Wochenende ziehen wir gerne zusammen abends los, manchmal macht aber auch jeder sein eigenes
Ding. Bei uns ist es auch vollkommen okay, wenn die Tür mal geschlossen bleibt. Jeder brauch mal
etwas Ruhe und das respektieren wir. Wir würden uns aber wüschen, wenn du dich etwas ins WG
leben einbringst und nicht nur in deinem Zimmer verharrst. Weiteres über uns erfährst du beim
gemeinsamen Gespräch.

Sophia, Cara, Hendrik, David and Moby live in the flat share.
Sophia and David are students. You can tell mainly because they are mostly at home during the day and also they come home at 6am during the week :D.
Hendrik is training to be a chef. When he's not at work, he can often be found on the couch.
Cara takes a break after their bachelor studies and Cara will move out soon so their room will be available too.
As a shared flat we do like to do something together, even if in most cases it's drinking beers or enjoying the couch-life.
Especially in summer we also organize small barbecue parties in our terrace.
At weekends we like to go out together in the evenings, but sometimes we each do our own thing.
With us it's perfectly okay if the door stays closed. Everyone needs some rest and we respect that. However, we would wish for you to bring life in the WG and don't just stay in your room.
