Zimmer am Rande des Schnoorviertels

Zentraler wohnen geht in Bremen nicht! Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Schnoorviertels direkt in der Innenstadt, also an der Grenze zum „Viertel“, nahe Domsheide (3 Gehmin.) und der Innenstadt und ca. 30 Sekunden (!) von der Weser entfernt. Alle „wichtigen“ Bahn- und Buslinien sind also problemlos in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind ebenfalls um die Ecke: Der Bäcker ist sprichwörtlich ums Eck und Penny und Lidl sind knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wem das nicht reicht, der geht zB zum Rewe ins Viertel.

Bars, Kneipen etc. finden sich im Viertel zur Genüge, aber das brauchen wir wohl nicht zu erwähnen wenn ihr in der Stadt oder im Viertel sucht. ;)

You can't life any closer to the city center in Bremen! The apartment is located on the edge of the Schnoorviertel directly in the city center, so on the border of the "Viertel", near Domsheide (3 min walk) and the city center and about 30 seconds (!) from the Weser. All "important" train and bus lines are therefore easily accessible in a few minutes.

Shopping facilities of all kinds are also around the corner: the bakery is literally around the corner and Penny and Lidl are barely 5 minutes away on foot. If that is not enough, you can go to the Rewe in the Viertel.

Bars, pubs, etc. are plentiful in the neighborhood, but we probably do not need to mention that if you are looking for a flat near Viertel. ;)

Wir sind Tanja (Chemikerin Forschung und Entwicklung), Timo (Raumfahrtingenieur), und Lukas (Psychtherapeut). Timo lässt sich generell für alles begeistern was mit Sprachen und Reisen zu tun hat. Tanja geht gerne laufen, wandern und zockt auch gerne mal ne Runde.

Lukas spielt gerne Gesellschaftsspiele und ist der Barista der WG.
Wir sind eine gesellige Truppe und sitzen oft abends in der Küche oder natürlich auf der Dachterrasse zusammen. Wenn wir Glück haben hat Timo uns dann wieder ein Gericht aus seiner italienischen Küche gezaubert. Wir laden gerne unsere Freunde zum gemeinsamen Serien schauen oder Spiele- oder Grillabend ein und die (fast) jährliche Halloween Party darf traditionsgemäß auch nicht fehlen.

Das alles sind natürlich Aktivitäten bei denen du nicht mitmachen musst. Hier ist viel Platz und so können auch alle ihre Ruhe haben, wenn sie wollen.

Verbrauchsmittel (bspw. das berüchtigte Klopapier) teilen wir einfach.

We are Tanja (research and development chemist), Timo (aerospace engineer), and Lukas (psychotherapist). Timo is generally enthusiastic about everything that has to do with languages and traveling. Tanja likes to go running, hiking and enjoys computer games.

Lukas likes to play board games and is the barista of the WG.
We are a sociable group and often sit together in the evening in the kitchen or of course on the roof terrace. If we are lucky Timo has conjured up on of his italian dishes for us. We like to invite our friends to watch series together or to play games or have a barbecue and the (almost) annual Halloween party must be mentioned here as well.

Of course, these are all activities you don't have to join. There is a lot of space here, so everyone can have space and time for themselves if they want to.

Consumables (e.g. the infamous toilet paper) we simply share.

Ein Einzug Ende Oktober wäre auch möglich.
