I move out of my room in WG in Bremen Aumund, so you can be the next person to enjoy living there!
The room is fully furnished, tidy and newly renovated. There is a big window looking east, so the room is bright and in mornings you can sometimes see beautiful sunrises.
Room has a loft bed and a couch underneath, workdesk, wardrobe. There is also a small coffeetable-looking thing, trash bin, chair and a nice windowsill. See the pictures to verify that the room is really great!
Also, the house has a very nice and spacious attic, which is now a cool chill zone.
The house is located a little bit far from the city center, you can get there in approx. 30-40 minutes by bus+RS1 train. The bus stop Vereinstrasse is only 5 minutes from place and you can catch bus 94 there. Also night bus N7 stops at Vereinstrasse.
The location is quite good if you work/study in Bremen-Nord. Also it is fine if you have to go to city center.
The WG is a fun place full of great people! There are regular parties going on and a lot of guests from couchsurfing staying overnight, so you should be interested in active social life. If you are a more closed type of person, then the place is probably not for you.
The people in WG support each other and are good friends, so be ready for a warm atmosphere!
Also, we try to clean the house regularly, get prepared to spend several hours every week for cleaning.
Generally, we are looking for a student or a young employed person who would be interested in bringing more fun into his/her life.
Unfortunately, German is not very well spoken in our WG, so you have to know English (which is probably the case if you have read to this point :))
In your message please describe what type of person you are and why you think you would fit.
Also, I don't know the exact sizes of room and house, what I have written is just and approximation.
The landlord is a supernice guy who is always helpful and cautious to our concerns.
