Moin, moin! Ich ziehe zum 01.10.2014 um und möchte euch mein 15qm großes Zimmer anbieten! Es ist eine gemütliche 3er WG, bestehend aus meinen zwei Mitbewohnerinnen (1x Architektur-Master gerade fertig; 1x Ingenieurin) und mir. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit 2 großen Fenster und Blick über die Bremer Dächer. Im Flur liegt Teppich, das Bad (mit Duschwanne, etc.) und die Toilette sind getrennt. In einer WG sehr praktisch. Am Hauseingang gibt einen Fahrradraum, einen Keller und oben noch einen Dachboden.
Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige, zentrale Lage, in 3 Gehminuten ist man an der Haltestelle Doventorsteinweg (Linie 10). Es sind 3 Haltestellen zum Hauptbahnhof. In 5 Min. ist man mit der Linie 2, Linie 3 oder Bus 25 am Brill oder in 10Min. Fahrtzeit an der Domsheide. Ein
PennyMarkt ist 5 Gehminuten - oder eine Haltestelle - entfernt.
Aktuell belaufen sich die Mietkosten (inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Internet) auf circa 280,00€. Die Kaution beträgt 400,00€.
